Advent Envelopes
Do not forget about your Advent Envelopes this year because it looks like it is going to be a cold winter this year and our outreach is the Butler Emergency Relief Initiative (BERI) which was founded in 2005 when the prices of utilities drastically increased due to Hurricane Katrina.
Contributions provide assistance for gas, electric, water, or deliverable fuel when urgent situations arise and no other resources are available. The numerous partners who are a part of the initiative ensure that the distribution of your contributions are provided to families who are provided ongoing financial education and are connected to traditional resources such as food, clothing, transportation and health care to promote success. This initiative and partnership allows resources to be stretched farther and is a clear demonstration that families are taking more responsibility in becoming self sufficient.
Flower Dedications
The flower dedication sign-up sheet for 2026 is now on the table in front of the bulletin board in the Narthex. Please sign-up to dedicate flowers in memory or in honor of your loved ones. Cost is $20 per dedication.
Church Council Member Elections
The election of church council members will be held at the annual congregation meeting. If you are interested in running for council or if you have any questions, please contact a current council member or the church office. Please prayerfully consider serving your church as a council member.
Invite a Friend to Church this Christmas Season
If you wish to invite a friend to church this Christmas season postcards are in the Narthex which list the services this Christmas season at Trinity. Feel free to take as many as you wish to take to friends and family.
Life Butler County
If you wish to help buy residents of Life Butler County Christmas presents you can take an ornament and envelope from the table in the Narthex, enclose $25.00 for each ornament, and put the envelope in the collection plate or return to the church office.
Zumba and Yoga Class
There is a Zumba class and a Yoga class that meets at Trinity on Monday evenings in room 108. The yoga class meets from 5:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. and is $5.00. It is for all levels. The Zumba class meets from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Both classes are $5.00 each. If you stay for both classes, it is $8.00. All are welcome to attend. Also there will be a Zumba class on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The fee for this class if $5.00. If you have any questions about either of these classes, you can call Nicole at 724-679-3856.
WELCA Designated Outreach December is last month to give
Robin’s Home provides transitional housing for women veterans and their children. They have expanded their services to include peer support for veterans from five counties. The Veterans Home Resource Center also offers employment assistance, education, community involvement, and health care advocacy.
They are also requesting $25.00 gift cards to Aldi, Walmart, or Visa. These cards are given to new residents so they can purchase personal items or food for their stay. Gift cards may be dropped off at the church office.

CHRISTMAS CAROLING FOR THE HOME BOUND
Join Us for Christmas Caroling & Gift Delivery! On Sunday, December 21, Trinity will be renting a van and inviting everyone interested to join us in spreading holiday cheer! Meet at 1:00 pm at the church. Let’s bring joy and warmth to those who can’t be with us in person!

All contributions for the Calendar Year need to be received by Wednesday, December 31 to be included for 2025.
