Keep Christ in Christmas Magnets

There are Keep Christ in Christmas magnets in a basket in the Narthex.  If you wish to have one, you may take one. If you choose, there is a basket for donations for the Butler Collaborative for Families next to the magnets. Your donations will help support the mission of the Butler Collaborative for Families which is to build a unified and integrated network of services by using a multi-agency approach to break down barriers and strengthen the system of care for individuals and families of Butler County.

Life Butler County   

If you wish to help buy residents of Life Butler County Christmas presents you can take an ornament from the tree in the Narthex and an envelope from the table in the Narthex, enclose $25.00, and put the envelop in the collection plate or return to the church office.

            While our culture tells us that Christmas and all its preparations are the most wonderful time of the year, many of us know differently. Christmas is sometimes one of the most difficult times of the year.

        Whatever it is that makes Christmas a difficult or painful time for you, we invite you—to a night where you can be where you don’t have to put on a smile, come share in healing prayers, scripture and music that acknowledge that God is present to us who struggle and mourn, and to remember and experience that light shines in the darkness of our difficulties.

Meals for Osche Family

Our Health and Wellness team has discussed ways to help the Osche family as Josh is with them as he recovers. They have said that a meal taken to them once a week will greatly help. There will be a sign up sheet on the bulletin board in the Narthex if you can help in this way. 

2023 Contributions

All contributions for the Calendar Year of 2023 need to be received by Sunday, December 31 to be included for 2023.
